Our products have a 30 day unconditional warranty, if you have a defective or wrong item please email us at [email protected], you will have to fill out an online RMA for which can be found on www.calitoner.info (under customer care) Fill out all required fields with valid information (lack or wrong of information will result in non-completion of your return/refund). Please allow 24-48 hours upon receiving the return label, send the defective/wrong product back to us as soon as possible. Exchanges/Refunds are only allowed within 30 days of purchase date, seller has to receive the defective item first and test it before any conclusion. No exceptions.
